After nearly 20 years in Marketing for global healthcare firms such as Merck & Co., Cherie entered the financial services industry and co-founded The GenWealth Group.
When she created the firm’s brand, she wanted it to stand for something entirely different from the larger, corporate financial institutions. The GenWealth Group is independent financial planning firm whose mission is to take great care of its clients and their families and help them retire ready. In fact, the origin of the company name (The GenWealth Group) stems from the idea of “generating wealth” for "generations to come”.
We are a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) offering fee-only investment advice. As such, we have a fiduciary responsibility to put client interests first. We do not accept any compensation based on product sales. We believe clients should be served and not sold.
Cherie is passionate about helping women gain confidence and control over their personal finances. In 2016, she helped develop a community based workshop (Design Her Future) specifically to educate and empower women to take charge of their financial well-being.
